👈I remember taking the picture to the left. At 110 kg, I had already lost 10kg, but felt so defeated. I took the picture in hopes of keeping my motivation up, to hopefully find the strength to keep going, because I didnt want to live like that anymore. 👉Today was the second workout back on track after being sick for a month 🤤😷😷😷 and it SUCKED. so I took this picture with the same thought in my head, defeat. I felt very defeated today. I feel bloated, heavy and weak – rationally I know its very much normal considering that my food has been like, toast and tea, and not moving a muscle 😂 But emotionally it is still rough to feel defeated. But in reality the crazy thing is to feel defeated at all?? I have lost 50kg of fat, put on 10kg of muscle, and right now I am not my leanest which is completely okay. It does not take away from my work. When in doubt take a step back and look how frickin far you have gotten in the bigger picture, compare yourself to yourself 🔥

Last time we were in Sweden I posted this picture with @marias_fire just over one year ago. A lot has happened since that day. Especially with this picture. It was posted in so many places, and a common comment was «it’s two different people.» At first it was annoying to read that. But then it just made me feel good that people think what Maria and I have done is impossible. I strive everyday to help other see that it is 100% possible, and than anyone can change their lives if they truly want it. #fatmeetsfire #itspossible

Luego de mucho tiempo queriendo cambiar su vida la pareja se casó cuando María se mudó a Estados Unidos.

La pareja cambió mucho desde el inicio de su relación, pero ahora son un vivo ejemplo de que sí se puede.

I usually dont share food pictures (mainly because Im the WORST at taking pictures of food 😂) but yesterday nights dinner was such a lovely night with new friends, family and a visit to a restaurant I had never been to before, that I just have to share ☺😁👉 A filé mignon and sauteed asparagus is my staple. And truffle fries, if they have it 😇
